Can I create a DVD? |

With [One Touch DVD Burn], you can create DVD of same content as your Handycam. |

What DVD disc types are supported? |

Depending on your drive, writing to DVD-R, DVD+R, DVD-RW, DVD+RW and DVD+R DL(double-layered) is supported. DVD-RAM is not supported. |

Can I edit images? |

I want to write a video that I have already burnt on a DVD. |

You cannot write a video that has already been burnt on a DVD using [One Touch DVD Burn]. Create a playlist and select [Playlist DVD creation] in "ImageMixer Menu".
With "Browser", you can also write on a DVD by selecting the video imported in your computer. |

How many movie files can I write on a DVD? |

[For DCR-SR30E/SR40/SR40E/SR50E/SR60/SR60E/SR70E/SR80/SR80E Users]
You can write up to 9702 movie files.
However, you cannot write maximum number of movie files depending on the recording settings on the camcorder or when the total size of the files exceeds 4.7G.
[For DCR-SR90E/SR100/SR100E Users]
You can write up to 98 movie files. By updating the software, you can write maximum of 9702 files.
However, you cannot write maximum number of movie files depending on the recording settings on the camcorder or when the total size of the files exceeds 4.7G. |

Can I write images imported with "Easy PC Back-up" using "One Touch DVD Burn"? |

Where are the imported images stored? |
 |
Imported files are stored in the folders selected in [Options] or [Browse]. Default setting is [My Documents\My Pictures\ImageMixer3\] |

I want to create a DVD with menu. |

You can create easily with "ImageMixer 3". |

Can I write playlist image created with my Handycam on a DVD? |
 |
Yes, you can write image of playlist created with Handycam. Select [Playlist DVD Creation] on [ImageMixer Menu]. |

Disc creation fails when I try to write on a DVD-RW/DVD+RW that I erased data using a writing software. |

Disc creation may not be performed properly when you use DVD-RW/DVD+RW whose data is erased with a writing software other than ImageMixer for HDD Camcorder. Insert the disc as it is and erase data with ImageMixer HDD Camcorder. |

Drive is not found… |
 |
Drive may not be found unless your computer is restarted after installing. Also drives may not be found when writing software (packet writing) is installed. |

I cannot use my DVD. |
 |
It is possible that your DVD drive is not supported or disc cannot be used. Please refer to "What DVD disc types are supported?" or check the supported disc of your drive. |

Writing speed is not displayed when the drive is selected… |
 |
A disc may not be set in the drive you selected. You need to insert a disc first in order to adjust the writing speed to the disc. |
 |
I shutdown residing application "ImageMixer Menu" by mistake. |
 |
You can start it by selecting [Start] menu-[All Programs]-[Startup]-[ImageMixer for HDD Camcorder].
If you cannot find the residing application in [Startup], restart your computer and the residing application starts up automatically. |

Can I change the filename? |
 |
You can not change filenames on "Browser". Select files with Explorer etc and change the filenames. Please note that you may not be able to write the files on a DVD using "One Touch DVD Burn" when you change the filenames. |

Why does the created disc still have some free space? |
 |
When recorded data is not stored in one DVD disc, this phenomenon occurs in order to write on next disc. |
