You can attach a message to an image and send it as a postcard to your friends or family.
Note
Postcard is a function for sharing and viewing uploaded data on “PlayMemories Online” with the message receiver, and not for sending the actual photo or video data itself.
Accordingly, if you delete data on “PlayMemories Online,” it will prevent the receiver from viewing the data. You should avoid deleting data on “PlayMemories Online” to continue to allow viewing of the data.
Sending postcards
Click [New Postcard] on the upper right of the screen.
The thumbnails in Library appear. Select the desired images and click [Next].
Select a postcard design and click [Next].
Enter each box of the receiver, subject and message. Then, click [Next].
Confirm the receiver's email address, subject, message and postcard design. Then, click [Send].
Your email reaches to the receiver.
The receiver can view the postcard without a Sony Entertainment Network ID.
Downloading images on Postcards
You can download the images of postcards you receive by obtaining a Sony Entertainment Network ID and signing in.
Select the postcard and image you want to download.
Click

You can select the size of the downloaded images.
Tip
The image sizes you can select depend on the uploaded image sizes.
[Small] (Width: 1024px; Height: automatically adjusted)
If the horizontal width of the original image is 1025px or more, the image size is reduced to the width of 1024px.
[Medium] (Width: 1920px; Height: automatically adjusted)
If the horizontal width of the original image is 1921px or more, the image size is reduced to the width of 1920px.
[Original]
If you download an image whose original horizontal width is 1024px or less, you can select only [Original] option and the image size will not change.
