With PMB, you can easily save media files on a CD or DVD disc as a data disc. A media file list in the HTML format will be automatically included in the created data disc.

File formats available for this function vary depending on the version of your PMB.
This function is not supported with the PMB version 5.5 or later.

1 Insert a new CD or DVD disc into the drive of your computer.

2 In Calendar View or Index View, select a media file you want to include in the CD or DVD disc.
You can select multiple media files at the same time. The selected media files are marked with a blue frame. Refer to <this page> for details.

3 Create a data disc.
(1) Select [Create Discs] > [Create Data Discs...] in the menu.
Select [Create Discs] > [Create Data Discs...] in the menu.
(2) The [Data Disc Creation] window opens. Check the number displayed in [Number of media files] under [Summary].

Tip
You can add the media files in the [Data Disc Creation] window.
Reduce the size of the main window to display both the main window and the [Data Disc Creation] window on the screen.
Then, drag and drop the media files from the main window to the area surrounded with the red frame in the [Data Disc Creation] window.

You can add the images in the [Data Disc Creation] window.
(3) Input a disc name in [Disc name].
Input a name in [Disc name].
 
Note
A created data disc may not be played back with the DVD player/recorder. In this case, open the [Data Disc Creation] window, select [Settings...] > [Data disc options], uncheck the checkbox for [Include on the disc a list of the media files (in HTML format)] under the [Media file list], and create a disc again; this may solve the problem.
(4) Click [Start].

(5) When the following message appears, click [Close] to finish.
* If you want to make another copy, click [Copy].

4 Check the created data disc.
(1) The media file list in the HTML format is included in the created data disc, and it will be automatically displayed if you insert the disc in the drive of your computer.

(2) Click the thumbnail to display the larger image.

Tip
Copied media files are saved in the [Pictures] folder in the data disc. Copied media files are saved in the [Pictures] folder in the data disc.
