With PMB, you can convert AVCHD format videos to the MPEG-2 format, which is more versatile for various purposes.
* The image quality of the converted video is STD (Standard). |

This function may not be supported depending on the version of your PMB or the product you are using.

In Calendar View or Index View, select a video you want to convert to the MPEG-2 format.
You can select multiple videos at the same time. The selected videos are marked with a blue frame. Refer to <this page> for details. |

Select [Manipulate] > [Convert] > [Convert to MPEG-2 and Save...] in the menu. |

The [Convert to MPEG-2 and Save] window opens.
Specify the location to save in the [Save in] option, and click [Start]. The conversion starts. |

| Putting a checkmark at [Maximize speed] increases the speed of converting the video format. However, the image quality of the converted video will be lower. |

| When the message "Converting AVCHD 1080i Format files to MPEG-2 Format files may take a long time. Are you sure you want to start the process?" appears, click [Yes]. |

When the conversion finishes, [Conversion Results] window opens. Click [OK]. |
