- *1 Camera's system software must be updated to Ver. 5.0 or later.
- *2 Camera's system software must be updated to Ver. 4.0 or later.
- *3 Camera's system software must be updated to Ver. 2.0 or later.
- *4 Camera system software version 3.00 or later is not supported on iOS.
- *5 Camera system software version 4.00 or later is not supported on iOS.
- *6 Camera system software version 5.00 or later is not supported on iOS.
- *7 Camera system software version 6.00 or later is not supported on iOS.
- You need to update the system software of the camera to the latest version except in cases of *4 -*7.
- Depending on your country or region, some products may not be available.
- It may be possible to use a camera from another manufacturer/brand if it supports the FTP transfer function. However, non-supported models are not covered by the operation guarantee or by support, so please be sure to perform your own trial with any non-supported brand before purchasing Visual Story to use with that camera.
