Important notice concerning PlayMemories Home ver.5.5.00

An issue in PlayMemories Home ver.5.5.00 where a RAW file (.ARW/ARQ) would not be properly saved (and displaying/editing in an app may not be possible) when a RAW file captured with ILCE-9/ILCE-7RM3/ILCE-7M3/DSC-RX10M4/DSC-RX100M6/DSC-RX100M5A was given a rating (STAR RATING mark) has been confirmed.

If you are using PlayMemories Home ver.5.5.00, please update to the latest version. Also, if you operate a file in Imaging Edge and the file has a rating, it has been confirmed that the file cannot be opened. For this reason, please do not operate applicable files in Imaging Edge.
