Update procedure (Explanations on program update)
If the "Update failed. See [Explanations on program update]." error occurs while updating the firmware of the digital photo frame DPF-A72, perform the following procedure.

Turn off the power of the digital photo frame, and perform the update procedure again from the beginning.

If you can still not update the firmware by performing the procedure from the beginning:

  • Repeat the procedure above several times.
  • Initialize (format) the memory card and copy the update file to the memory card once more, and then perform the procedure above again.
  • If you have another memory card, try performing the procedure with that memory card.

If you can still not update the firmware, contact Sony DI Call Center.
