Thank you for your support and patronage of Sony products.
Sony has released "Notice to Owners of Overseas model of Digital Still Camera and Camcorder" on October 3, 2005 and "Notice to Owners of Overseas model of Digital Still Cameras" on November 24, 2006. and offered to extend the warranty of CCD image sensors installed on certain Sony products.
This time, Sony announces that the extended warranty of CCD for the following models will be ended on November 30, 2009. On and after December 1, 2009, Sony will offer our standard repair service according to the Sony's repair guideline for the following models.
If a customer wants to have a free inspection for the CCD of the following models, please contact the following special call center by November 30, 2009.
