Select [Tools] > [Settings…] > [Advanced Settings] > [Video playback] > [Use detected hardware acceleration], and click [Detect Automatically] > [OK].

If movies recorded in the PS mode cannot be played back properly, check [Use hardware acceleration to decode "HD PS" mode videos].

If the problem is not solved, select [Disable hardware acceleration] in [Video playback], and go on to the next step.

Ask the manufacturer of the computer for details on the video driver.

If MP4 format movies can be played back, the computer may not meet the system requirements.
