An error message [Some of the selected media files will not be written to the disc because they are in file formats that are not supported.] appears.

Recordable file formats differ depending on the disc. This message appears because some of the images are saved in non-recordable format.

Check the recordable movie format by the file extension.

AVCHD/Blu-ray Disc creation : mts, m2ts, mp4
DVD-Video (STD) Disc creation : mts, m2ts, m2t, mpg
Data Disc creation : jpg, mpo, tif, gif, srf, sr2, arw

Check the format of the selected movies by the file name or properties.

If the file name does not include the extension, right-click the file on Explorer and select [Properties].

Attention

If the procedure above does not solve the problem for [DVD-Video (STD)] creation :

Your Sony camera must be authenticated by the computer. Connect the camera to the computer using a USB cable. If you own more than one Sony cameras, all cameras must be connected one by one.
