How to use PlayMemories Studio™

PlayMemories Studio™ can be operated using the control devices described below.
The instructions in this Help Guide and in the Button Help at the bottom of the software screens describe the operations when using the wireless controller. Before using each device, thoroughly read and understand the precautions described in the manuals included with the devices, to ensure proper use.

This is the wireless controller included with the PlayStation®3.
You can set any number for the controller assignment.

When using the BD remote control for the first time, you must register (pair) it with the PlayStation®3. When using a device that has already been paired, there is no need to pair it again.

Pairing procedure

• In the PlayStation®3 XMB™ (XrossMediaBar), select [Settings] > [Accessory Settings] > [Register BD Remote Control].
• Follow the directions on the screen to complete the pairing process.
