It is recommended to use pre-capture when shooting images where the timing is difficult to predict, such as the moment a bird takes flight.

It is recommended to set [Pre-Capture Rec Time], taking into account the balance between the continuous shooting time you want to go back to before pressing the shutter button fully down, and the continuous shooting time after pressing the shutter button fully down.

Continuous shooting time (number of shots) differs depending on the shooting conditions.
