First images of scenes

[TIPS] Useful tips when playing back images

The method of jumping between playback images for the front dial, rear dial L, and rear dial R can be set respectively. Setting the image jump setting to the first images of scenes (images shot with single shooting and the first shot of continuous shooting, etc.) makes it easier to find the first image of continuous shooting.

Setting procedures

Select MENU → (Playback) → [Playback Option] → [Image Jump Setting] → select desired dial, then set to [Top Image].

Jumping between playback images with [Top Image]

During image playback, turn the dial that is set to jump to the top image in a scene to jump between top images of different scenes, such as the first image of continuous shooting.

When shooting using pre-capture or continuous shooting speed boost, you can jump between images as follows.

Pre-capture:

  • The first image retroactively recorded at the specified number of seconds during pre-capture
  • The first image of continuous shooting taken after the shutter button is fully pressed during pre-capture

Continuous shooting speed boost:

  • The first image of continuous shooting
  • The first image of continuous shooting speed boost
  • The first image of continuous shooting taken after continuous shooting speed boost has ended
