Guide to using the camera

About the tracking frame to be displayed

When you touch a subject on the monitor, the white tracking frame appears and the tracking function is activated.

For example, if [Focus Area] is set to [Zone], the focusing frame changes from [Zone] to the tracking frame when you select the subject to be tracked using touch operations.

During viewfinder shooting, touch the monitor while looking through the viewfinder and drag your finger to the subject to be tracked. Tracking starts when you lift your finger from the monitor.

To shoot

When you press the shutter button halfway down, the subject will be in focus and the white tracking frame turns into a green frame. When you press the shutter button fully down in this condition, the camera shoots the subject that is in focus.
